The Analytics dashboard gives you a single place to track how your business is performing. Four KPI cards load as soon as you open Analytics, each showing the current value for your selected time period alongside a percentage change compared to the previous period. Below the cards, a revenue trend chart and a projects trend chart let you spot patterns before they become problems.
Analytics requires the Professional plan or higher. If you see an upgrade prompt instead of data, go to Settings > Billing to change your plan.

What you see on the dashboard

The four KPI cards show:
  • Total Revenue — All recognized revenue for the selected period.
  • Active Projects — Projects currently in progress at any point during the period.
  • Estimate Win Rate — The percentage of sent estimates that converted to won deals.
  • Active Clients — Clients with at least one estimate, project, or invoice in the period.
Each card shows a trend arrow and a +/– % vs last period label so you can see direction at a glance.

Filtering by time period

Use the period selector in the top-right corner of the dashboard to change the date window. Four options are available: Switching the period updates the KPI cards, the trend charts, and the recent activity feed instantly.
Start with Last Quarter for a balanced view — wide enough to show seasonal patterns, narrow enough to keep the data actionable.
Two charts sit below the KPI cards:
  • Revenue trend — An area chart showing cumulative revenue week by week, with a forecast overlay projected from your historical data.
  • Projects trend — A line chart showing project volume, also with a forward projection.
Both charts use the same time period you selected in the picker. Granularity adjusts automatically: weekly buckets for quarter and year views, daily buckets for week and month views.

Recent activity feed

Below the charts, the recent activity feed lists the latest actions across estimates, projects, and invoices. This is a live audit trail — not a summary — so you can quickly see what changed and who touched it.

Who can see Analytics

Analytics is visible to Owner and Admin roles by default. Field crew and other limited-access members do not see the Analytics section in the sidebar.
If you need to grant analytics access to a manager or estimator, ask your organization Owner to update that member’s role in Settings > Team.
