It depends on your plan:

  • Business — Unlimited AI estimates under fair use. No interruptions for normal business volume.

Upgrade to Professional when you want full control over your own cost data.
Pricing is per user, per month. Mobile and Starter are solo plans designed for one person. Professional and Business include a combination of office seats and field seats for your crew.

Accepting payments from clients

Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Billing to enable online payments. Once connected, clients can pay invoices online with any major credit or debit card directly from the client portal.
Standard Stripe processing fees apply — typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These fees are charged by Stripe, not by Contractor Co-Pilot. You can review Stripe’s current fee schedule at stripe.com/pricing.
Stripe typically deposits funds 2 business days after a successful payment. Timing is controlled by Stripe and may vary by country or account type.
