The sales pipeline gives you a live picture of every opportunity in your business — from a brand-new lead to a closed deal. Instead of hunting through a list of estimates to find out where things stand, the pipeline view organizes everything by stage so you can see blockers, prioritize follow-ups, and forecast revenue at a glance.

Pipeline views

Board view (Kanban)

The board view is the default. Each column represents a pipeline stage, and each card represents an estimate or lead. Drag a card from one column to another to update the estimate’s status. The status change saves immediately and syncs across your team.

Summary view

Switch to the summary view for a sortable table of all opportunities. Columns include:
  • Client name
  • Project name
  • Estimate amount
  • Stage
  • Last updated
Use this view when you want to sort by amount or find a specific project quickly.

Leads pipeline

The leads pipeline tracks prospective clients before an estimate exists. Move leads through your sales process as you qualify them:

Adding a lead

  1. Click Add Lead in the pipeline view
  2. Enter the client name and opportunity details
  3. The lead appears in the New column
  4. Click Create Estimate on the lead card when you’re ready to start bidding

Filtering the pipeline

Use the filter bar to narrow the pipeline to what you’re focused on.
Filter by stage and date range together to identify estimates that have been sitting in a single column too long — a common sign that follow-up is overdue. Save that filter as a custom view to check it regularly.
Available filters:
  • Stage — Show only specific pipeline stages
  • Client — Filter to one or more clients
  • Date range — Show opportunities created or updated within a period
  • Amount — Filter by estimate value (above or below a threshold)
  • Search — Find by project name or keyword
Click Save View to name and save any filter combination for quick access from the view switcher.

Tracking win rate

The pipeline header displays your current win rate — the percentage of sent estimates that close as Won. Check this metric to:
  • Identify which project types or client segments you win most consistently
  • Spot funnel bottlenecks (for example, many estimates stuck in Outbound without progressing)
  • Forecast upcoming revenue from the value of active opportunities
Win rate is calculated from estimates that have reached a final status (Won or Lost). Expired estimates are excluded from the win rate calculation.

Pipeline analytics

For a deeper view into your pipeline performance, go to Analytics > Business Intelligence. There you can see win rate over time, average deal size by stage, time-to-close, and revenue forecasting based on current open opportunities.
