What appears on the calendar
The calendar pulls in events from three sources:Projects
Milestones and deadlines set on any active project, including proposal follow-up dates.
Services
Scheduled service appointments across all your clients.
Tasks
Task due dates assigned to you or your team members.
Manual events
Meetings, inspections, and any other events you create directly in the calendar.
Calendar views
Switch between views using the controls at the top of the calendar:- Month — See the full month at a glance. Events appear as markers on each day.
- Week — An hour-by-hour breakdown of the current week.
- Day — Full details for a single day’s schedule.
Filtering events
Use the filter panel to focus on a subset of your schedule:
Filters can be combined. For example, filter by Project and Assignee to see only what one person has scheduled on a specific job.
