The Organization section brings together everything that applies to your whole company — your profile and logo, the people on your team, how those people are divided into business units, and the shared templates they work from. Changes you make here flow down to every division and project in your account.
Organization settings apply to all divisions. Admins are the only role that can change organization-level configuration. Division-level settings can override some defaults but cannot expand permissions beyond what the organization allows.

What’s in this section

Divisions

Run multiple business units or locations under one organization, each with its own team, budget, and reporting scope.

Templates

Create reusable estimate, proposal, and project templates your entire team can apply with one click.

Integrations

Connect QuickBooks for accounting sync and Stripe to accept online invoice payments.

Settings

Manage your subscription, billing history, company branding, and account-wide preferences.

Inviting team members

Any Admin can invite new people directly from the Organization overview page.
1

Open the Organization page

Click Organization in the left sidebar to open the overview.
2

Click Invite

Select Invite in the top-right area of the Members section.
3

Enter details and choose a role

Type the invitee’s name and email address, then select a role. See Role types below for a description of each option.
4

Send the invitation

Click Send Invitation. The invitee receives an email with a link to accept and join your organization. You can track or revoke pending invitations from Organization > Invitations.

Role types

Roles control what each team member can see and do across the platform.
Full access to all features and settings. Admins can invite and remove members, manage billing, create and edit organization-level templates, connect integrations, and configure every setting. Assign this role only to people who need to manage the account.
Can create and manage estimates, proposals, and projects. Managers can oversee team workflows and see reporting within their assigned divisions, but cannot change organization settings, manage billing, or remove other members.
Focused access for building and editing estimates and takeoffs. Estimators can work within assigned projects and use shared templates, but cannot approve proposals, access billing, or manage team members.
Designed for crew and site supervisors. Field users can view assigned projects, log progress updates, and submit field notes, but have read-only access to estimates and proposals.
You can change a member’s role at any time from Settings > Members. Role changes take effect immediately.

Removing a member

1

Go to Settings > Members

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select the Members tab.
2

Find the member

Locate the person you want to remove. Use the search field if your team is large.
3

Remove them

Click the actions menu (three dots) next to their name and select Remove member. Confirm when prompted.
Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Any estimates, proposals, or projects they created remain in your account and are not deleted.

Viewing the audit log

The audit log records every significant action taken in your organization — member invites, role changes, settings updates, integration connections, and more. To access it, go to Organization > Audit Log. Each entry shows the actor, the action taken, and the timestamp. You can filter by date range or event type to narrow your search.
Audit log entries are retained for 12 months on the Professional plan and indefinitely on the Business plan.
